Sursis XS black created by Aude Bray-Deperne in black chamotte sandstone. (H16cm – L15cm)

Single-fired at 1240 degrees, the pieces remain slightly porous and therefore not waterproof. Prefer dried flowers or stage them like sculptures.
Each piece is shaped by hand using the so-called plate technique; the parts are produced in very small series. Slight variations in shape and texture appear during the process, making each creation unique.

Aude Bray-Deperne

Trained in graphic design through applied art studies, I have been working as a graphic designer for almost 15 years. However, in 2016 I took the road back to school, at the Douai Art School to learn about modeling, filming and sculpture.
